Trichoderma harzianum 1.0% W.P. is a fungal  bio-pesticide which is recommended to control soil borne    pathogens like Bacterial wilt and Root rot disease of Tomato, Brinjal, and Okra, and plant parasitic nematodes specially Root-knot nematodes infecting Tomato, Brinjal, Okra and Carrot.

  1. It is an antagonistic fungus which controls wide range of seeds and soil borne diseases.​

  2. Trichoderma harzianum secretes metabolites/antibiotics into soil. In the presence of metabolites/antibiotics, inhibits the growth of pathogenic fungi.​

  3. It promotes the growth of plant growth and increases the disease resistance.​

  4. Protects the plant from nematode pathogens by slow growth activity.​

  5. It is safe for environment, plants, animals, and human beings.​

  6. It is a suitable alternative product to chemicals pesticides.

Seed Treatment: Mix 5–10 grams in 10-20 ml of water and apply to 1 kg of seed uniformly. Dry in the shade about 30 minutes and sow immediately.​

Soil Treatment: Use 1-2 kg product per acre soil treatment or Mix 500 gm product in 10 kg of well-decomposed FYM/Compost/Vermiculite compost and broadcast in a 400 sq. m. area. Incorporate in soil up to 15-20 cm deep.

Transplanting: Dissolve 500 g in 50 litres of water, dip seedling roots for about 30 minutes in the solution and transplant immediately.

Field Application: Mix 1 kg with 150 – 200 kg of FYM, compost or vermicompost and broadcast uniformly over an acre of field. Irrigate immediately.​
